A game of snakes and ladders starts with a birthday and ends with a picket fence house but alonvg the path is endless hospitals, toilets and snakes, and some good things. There is a yellow token halfway up the board and a dice at the bottom with only 1s and 2s shown on it suggesting these are the only options.
